1 sm. pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. heavy cream
4 c. cubed angel food cake
2 c. sweetened strawberries

Dissolve jello in water. Chill until partially thick. Whip jello. Fold in whipped cream, angel food, and strawberries. Chill.
