PUMPKIN-RAISIN MUFFINS (WWERS) 
1 c. pumpkin
4 eggs or (8 whites)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. non fat dry milk
5 pkgs. sweetener
8 tbsp. raisins
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ground cloves

Add grated carrots, if you wish. Makes them fatter. 3 muffins equals 1 bread, 1 milk, 1 protein, and 1 fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12.
