STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 white cake mix or strawberry cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 can frozen strawberries (drain some of the liquid)
1 med. carton Cool Whip

Prepare cake mix according to package directions, bake in oblong pan. As soon as you remove cake from the oven prick top generously with a fork. Pour the entire can of Eagle Brand milk over the cake. Allow to cool completely. Carefully mix thawed strawberries and Cool Whip and frost cake. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving. The cake can be kept in the refrigerator for several days.

You can use 1 carton whipping cream instead of Cool Whip. Add 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla to whipping cream.
