STRAWBERRY CHEESE CAKE | |
1 c. flour 1/2 stick butter 1 extra lg. cartons Cool Whip 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 c. white powdered sugar 4 bananas 2 quarts strawberries 1 jar strawberry glaze 1/2 c. fine chopped pecans STEP 1: Mix flour, butter and pecans. Mix together well, press into bottom of a 9"x13" baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, until light brown. Set aside to cool. Slice bananas to cover bottom of crust. STEP 2: Mix cream cheese and one cup white powdered sugar, mix well. Add Cool Whip and mix well. Spread over bananas. STEP 3: Clean and slice 2 quarts of strawberries. Add one jar of strawberry glaze. Mix strawberries and glaze until all berries are well glazed. Spread the strawberry mixture over the top of Cool Whip mixture. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving. |
