FORGOTTEN STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. stewing beef
Celery
Carrots
Potatoes
Onions
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
2 tbsp. minute tapioca or flour
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Bacon

Fry a few slices of bacon; add tomato soup, water, and tapioca or flour in a Dutch oven. Add desired amount of vegetables and meat. Sprinkle onion soup over the top. Put foil over the top and then the lid of Dutch oven or casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Needs no watching and will be ready to serve right from the oven. Bacon may be omitted. Also I often put this in a crock pot on low for 8-10 hours.
