3 eggs
Scant c. sugar
Dash of salt
1/4 stick butter
1 unbaked pie crust
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Nutmeg, if desired

Beat eggs and add sugar, flour, salt, butter, milk and vanilla. Bake at 370 to 400 degrees until firm in the middle. About 25 minutes.
