BLENDED EGG CUSTARD PIE 
Put all ingredients into blender:

3 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend well. Pour into buttered pie dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees then 25 minutes at 325 degrees. (Makes its own crust.)
