FORGOTTEN CHICKEN | |
1 c. uncooked rice 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 c. water 1 lg. fryer or enough pieces for 6 servings Salt and pepper 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place rice in greased shallow pan. Combine soup and water. Pour some of soup mixture over rice and let stand a few minutes. Place chicken on top of rice. Salt and pepper chicken and pour remaining soup mixture over top with onion soup mix. Cover with foil. Place in oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees. |
