FORGOTTEN CHICKEN 
1 can celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 3/8 c. uncooked rice
1 c. milk
1 (2 5/8 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
1 pkg. (1 3/4 oz.) dry onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan combine soups, rice and milk. Heat until barely warm. Pour into lightly greased 3 quart casserole dish. Wash and pat dry (chicken), coat evenly with onion soup mix. Place over rice mixture. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
