FORGOTTEN CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
1 c. reg. rice, uncooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 c. water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

This recipe takes over 2 hours so plan ahead. Spread rice in 9x13 pan. Place chicken, skin side up, on top of rice. Mix canned soups and water and pour over chicken. Sprinkle dry onion soup over all. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove foil and bake for another 1/2 hour. Serves 4- 6.
