SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 lb. yellow squash
1 sm. bell pepper
3 eggs
25 saltine crackers
3/4 c. cheese
Crisco oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. season all salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk

Cut squash and fry in Crisco oil until light brown. Mix in chopped bell pepper, eggs, crackers, cheese, milk and all seasoning salts. Bake in 9x13 inch baking dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
