JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. dates, chopped

Beat eggs. Add sugar, melted butter and vinegar. Add coconut, pecans and dates and pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake in 350°F oven for about 40 minutes.

Makes 1 pie.
