CANNED FRUIT PIE | |
Combine 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/2 cup fruit juice. Cook over medium heat until it thickens and boils. Pour over 3 1/2 cups fruit in pie shell. Top with 1 tablespoon butter and top crust. Bake at 400 degrees until crust is browned, approximately 35 to 40 minutes. |
