RICE PILAF 
1/2 c. raw regular rice
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can Campbell's onion soup
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

In saucepan, stir in all the ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes. Stir often. Makes about 2 cups.
