SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 (17 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained and mashed 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 c. milk 1/4 c. butter, melted Topping: 2/3 c. packed brown sugar 1/3 c. flour 1/3 c. butter 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and melted butter. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Spoon into a greased 2-quart baking dish. For Topping: Combine brown sugar, flour, butter and nuts. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. |
