CHICKEN DIVAN BAKE 
6 oz. spaghetti, broken into thirds
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth
2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. milk
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 c. broccoli
1 can sliced mushrooms

Heat oven to 350°F. Cook spaghetti and drain. In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth and bubbly. Add chicken broth. Cook over medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture comes to a full boil (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat. Stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese and milk. Stir until cheese is melted. In a greased (2-quart) casserole dish, combine spaghetti, chicken, broccoli, mushrooms and cheese mixture. Top with 1/2 cup cheese.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
