SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 cups yellow squash - cooked and mashed
1 egg, beaten
1 slice of bread - crumbled
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large can of French Fried Onions

Beat egg, add squash, sugar, bread, salt & pepper & 1/2 can of Onion rings.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or microwave for 10 minutes. Pour remaining onion rings over top of casserole and bake for 5 minutes or microwave for 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
