CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
3 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour
1 stick butter
2 sticks butter
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon extract

Cream butter, butter, cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and flour alternately, add flavoring and beat well. Bake in a well greased and floured Bundt or tube pan. Start in a cold oven and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Do not open oven door while cake is baking. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove as usual. Frost, if desired.
