BBQ SPARERIBS 
10 slabs of uncut spareribs
6 to 8 lemons
complete seasoning powder, to taste
garlic and parsley powder, to taste
ginger powder, to taste
oregano flakes, to taste

Sweet ketjab sauce is a sweet and salty dark brown sauce. When you combine complete seasoning powder and this black sauce, be careful not to use too much of both at the same time, because both are salty.

FOR BASTING SAUCE:

1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup red fruit wine
1 bottle sweet and sour sauce
1/2 bottle honey mustard
1/2 (28 oz.) bottle BBQ brown sugar sauce

Mix well, cover, and put aside.

Take off back skin and excess fat from ribs and wash in water and lemons. Mix the ribs with the above ingredients; cover and chill for about an hour to marinade.

Next, it's ready to grill. When ribs are done, baste 2 to 3 times on both sides. Ready to serve with corn, pork and beans and a salad of your choice.
