4 cups brown sugar 4 cups pecans 1 cup milk 3 tbsp. butter Cook all ingredients to soft ball stage (234-240°F on candy thermometer). Beat until it begins to thicken and is creamy. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Makes 48 pieces. | |
