3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. melted butter (half stick)
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. mini marshmallows

Mix all ingredients together and pour into casserole dish.

PREPARE TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. coconut
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix and apply to top of casserole and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
