RITZ SALAD 
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) frozen orange juice
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 env. plain gelatin
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Mix crust ingredients. Stir to mix. Line 9 x 13 inch pan, reserve 1/2 mixture for top. Stir the gelatin into the orange juice but do not add any water. In a bowl, mix filling ingredients. Stir to blend. Pour into pan, top with reserved crumb crust. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
