STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. sugar
12 oz. container Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 lg. box strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. frozen strawberries
2 c. hot water
Bananas, pineapple, nuts, etc. (optional)

Mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and the 2 tablespoons sugar. Spread over the entire bottom of an oblong baking dish. Cook 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix together 3/4 of the Cool Whip, cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Spread over the baked graham cracker crust. Mix Jello with 2 cups hot water and add frozen strawberries and other fruit you desire. Pour over Cool Whip, cream cheese mixture. Chill until jellied and firm. Spread the rest of the Cool Whip over Jello mixture. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
