DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips (1/2 c. melted)
2 tbsp. instant coffee
2 tbsp. boiling water
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. nuts

Melt butter. Dissolve coffee in water. Mix rest of ingredients including the melted chocolate chips. Add remaining chips after everything else is mixed. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
