VEGETABLE DIP | |
1 pt. (16 oz.) Hellmann's mayonnaise 1/2 pt. (8 oz.) sour cream 1/2 pkg. Liptons Onion Soup Mix (crushed finely) 1 1/2 tsp. fresh or dry parsley flakes (crushed or finely chopped) 1 sm. onion, grated (size of golf ball) Mix all ingredients and let stand overnight for best results. Serve as dip with fresh vegetables such as: Celery, green pepper strips, carrot strips, radishes, green onions, cauliflower, broccoli, cucumbers or whatever else you choose. Makes 1 1/2 pints. |
