HOMEMADE GRANOLA BREAD 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 lg. eggs
2 lg. ripe bananas, mashed
1 3/4 c. + whole wheat flour (or 2 c. white flour)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. granola
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/4 c. golden raisins

Sift together dry ingredients. Cream butter and brown sugar; add gently beaten eggs and mashed bananas. Stir in granola. Add flour mixture, nuts and raisins. Pour into oiled loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Cool on rack. Serves: 1 loaf.
