SWISS FONDUE 
2 c. Chablis or white wine
Dash of garlic powder
1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
4 tbsp. flour
1 loaf French bread, cut into 1 inch pieces

Heat wine in chafing dish over low flame. When hot, add dash of garlic powder. Toss flour and grated Swiss cheese in bowl. Add by handfuls to hot wine. Melt cheese thoroughly before adding more. When it starts to bubble, place over hot water jacket of chafing dish. Place French bread cubes in basket for dunking.
