GRANDMA ROSE ROSEN'S CABBAGE AND
NOODLES
 
1 med. size head cabbage
1 lb. noodles
1 lg. Spanish onion (or one 12 ounce pkg. frozen chopped onions)
3 tbsp. butter
Salt, pepper to taste

Saute onions in butter until transparent. Add shredded cabbage and saute until soft. Add cooked broad noodles. Can be eaten as is or it may be placed in a pan of water and then browned in oven sprinkled with bread crumbs and dotted with butter.
