TEXAS TEA 
5 Lipton tea bags
14 to 15 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
4 to 5 lemons
Fresh mint

Boil water, add tea. Add sugar; stir. Keep tea bags in for about 4 minutes. Cut lemons in halves, squeeze juice out. Save. Put lemon rinds in with tea. Let sit for 2 hours or until coolish. Add lemon juice, add mint. Refrigerate. Serves 6 to 8.
