JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 can lemon pie filling
1 c. cold water
Whipped cream if desired

Stir to dissolve, Jello with 1 cup hot water. Add pie filling and 1 cup cold water; mix well. Refrigerate. Before serving, top with whipped cream. Can use other combinations, such as cherry or berries. The lemon Jello goes well when serving fish.
