NO-COOK NOODLE LASAGNA | |
Grease high sided 12"x16" pan. 2 lbs. hamburger (brown & drain) Add: 1 qt. jar Ragu 1 lg. can tomatoes (stewed or whole) Add: 1 finely chopped onion 8 c. water Cook the above 7 ingredients for 5 minutes. In another bowl mix: 2 lbs. cottage cheese 4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese Layer the noodles, sauce and cheese 3 times. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese between layers. Cook, covered 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
