CHOCOLATE MELTING TIPS 
Stove Top:

Place chocolate in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly, till melted. Remove from heat.

Microwave:

Place chocolate in a micro-safe bowl. Microwave on high for minimum time below; stir. If necessary, microwave on high an additional 30 seconds just until melted. 1 sq. = 1oz.

2 sq. = 1 minute. 4 sq. = 1 1/2 minutes. 6 sq. = 2 minutes. 8 sq. = 2 1/2 minutes.
