CREAMY CHOCOLATE MINT MELTS 
1 1/2 lbs. white almond bark
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. peppermint extract
4 drops green food coloring
3 tbsp. whipping cream

Line a 12 x 13 dish with waxed paper, leaving edges high. Combine 2/3 almond bark and chips in 4-cup glass measure. Microwave on high 2 1/2-3 1/2 minutes or until softened. Stir and spread 1/2 of mixture in bottom of dish and refrigerate until set (20 minutes).

Place remaining almond bark in 2-cup measure cup. Microwave on high 1 1/2-2 1/2 minutes. Stir in extract and food coloring. This will get thick. Stir in cream until spreadable.

Put on first layer, then use remaining first layer for top. Set. Lift out and cut at room temperature.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
