Flour venison steak. Brown. Add:

4 stalks diced celery
2 onions, cut in slices
2 carrots, cut up
1 pkg. of beef onion mix
Salt and pepper to taste

Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups water. Cook on high for 7 hours. After 6 hours mix 2 teaspoons of flour with 1/4 cup water and add to stew.
