SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 c. milk

Combine all ingredients. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

Topping:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 stick butter, melted

Combine ingredients and spread over sweet potato mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.

Serves 8 to 10.
