SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 (1 lb.) cans sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. whipping cream
2 eggs, beaten

Drain and mash sweet potatoes. Mix with rest of ingredients. Put in casserole pan. Spoon on topping.

Topping:

2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt

Mix together. Spoon on top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
