SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 medium sweet potatoes
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter

Bake sweet potatoes until tender and peel them. Mash them, and stir in butter while they are hot. After butter is melted add remaining ingredients, and mix at medium speed until well blended. Pour into a greased baking dish. Add topping, and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Mix together well. Drop by the spoonfuls over sweet potato mixture.
