SWEET 'N ZESTY BRUSH-ON SAUCE 
1 (12 oz.) can (1 1/2 c.) unsweetened pineapple juice
3/4 c. catsup
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pimento-stuffed olives

Step 1: In a medium saucepan combine pineapple juice, catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, and salt. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Boil gently, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes or to desired consistency, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in olives. Brush over hamburgers, chicken, or meat and vegetables kabobs during the last 10 minutes of grilling. Pass any remaining sauce. Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
