2 tbsp. oil
1 minced clove garlic
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. cider vinegar

In a 4-cup glass measuring cup, combine oil, garlic and onion. Microwave at high 2-3 minutes until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave uncovered on high 5 minutes, stirring once.
