ZESTY BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tsp. prepared mustard
6 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. vinegar

In saucepan, cook onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered 1/2 hour to 1 hour. Store in refrigerator. Makes 2 cups.
