ZESTY MUSTARD SAUCE 
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1/2 to 1 tbsp. horseradish to taste
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. butter

Mix flour with 1/4 cup water in a saucepan. Stir until smooth. Slowly add rest of water, stirring constantly to keep mixture smooth. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Heat oven over low flame, stirring constantly as mixture thickens. Serve with salmon dish.
