CLAMS CASINO 
1 can minced clams
About 3 slices of Swiss cheese
About 2 slices of bacon
Tiny foil cups OR Melba rounds OR empty clam shells

On each shell place some minced clams that have been drained (small raw clams can be used). Sprinkle with garlic salt then cover with square of cheese and a piece of uncooked bacon. Put under broiler until bacon is cooked. Delicious served with cocktails.
