TERIYAKI CHICKEN 
2 1/2 lb. chicken
1 tbsp. mirin
1 tbsp. fresh ginger roots, grated
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sake
1 tsp. sesame oil

Combine ingredients and marinate chicken overnight. Broil or barbecue chicken on medium heat for 10 minutes each side or until brown and cooked inside.
