SWEET - SOUR CHICKEN 
5 lb. chicken thighs

SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
1 c. shoyu
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. aji (optional)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. cold water
2 tbsp. sake

Mix sauce and add chicken. Put into a large baking dish, do not crowd the chicken. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
