SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
2 1/2 lb. chicken wings cut into pieces with tips discarded
Garlic salt
Egg
Cornstarch

Cut chicken at joints and sprinkle with garlic salt. Roll in cornstarch; then in beaten egg. Fry.

SAUCE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. shoyu
1/2 c. vinegar
3-4 tbsp. ketchup
