3 lb. chicken wings or 4 breasts
1 tsp. Accent
Garlic salt
Flour

SWEET 'N SOUR SAUCE
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 tsp. Accent
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt

Wash and dry chicken; sprinkle with garlic salt and Accent. Coat with flour and brown in oil or bake 1 hour at 400 degrees.

Mix all ingredients. Pour chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
