SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
2 lbs. chicken wings or thighs
Garlic salt
Pepper and salt
Ajinomoto
1/2 c. cornstarch
2 eggs
Oil

Season chicken with garlic salt, pepper, salt and Ajinomoto. Mix eggs and cornstarch. Dip chicken in the mixture and fry in oil until brown. Dip chicken in sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, turning once after 10 minutes.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. catsup
1/4 c. stock (boil chicken tips in water or just use water)
1 tbsp. shoyu
1 tsp. salt
