SPINACH SALAD 
1 bag spinach
1/2 head lettuce
4 eggs, cooked and crumbled
Mushrooms pieces
Red onion rings
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

DRESSING:

1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
3 to 4 tbsp. vinegar

Whip above ingredients together and serve. Wash spinach and lettuce, tear in small pieces, place in bowl, add rest of ingredients, topping with crumbled bacon. Pour dressing over all and serve.
