1 qt. fresh strawberries, cleaned and cut in half
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. orange juice
Whole strawberries for garnish

Sprinkle strawberries with sugar. Cover and chill 1 hour. Just before serving beat cream in chilled glass bowl until stiff. Stir in orange juice. Fold in strawberries. Place in champagne glasses and top with a whole strawberry. Serve immediately.
