STRAWBERRY WHIPPED CREAM CAKE 
2 sq. pound cakes
1 box instant lemon pudding
1 can strawberry pie filling
1 pt. whipping cream
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. lemon extract
6 fresh strawberries; optional

Prepare instant pudding according to directions. Set pudding aside until it sets.

Cut pound cakes in half and place bottom half in square cake pan. Spread pudding over cake. Spread pie filling over pudding. Top with top halves of cake. Whip whipping cream until stiff. Add confectioners sugar and lemon extract. Spread whipped cream mixture over top of cake. Cut fresh strawberries in half to decorate top of the cake.
